KIDZONE (F.E.C.)
KIDZONE is a F.E.C. (Family
Entertainment Center) exclusively meant for the children; scattered at
the key Centers in the kingdom. They are functioning since many years and
climbing to the new horizons of excellence and going on smoothly, up to
the maximum satisfaction of the customers.
The children are given ample opportunities to develop their skill and
they are provided with play stations for computer games. Also they can
avail of a lot of other games viz., Mini Train, Kiddy Rides, Kiddy Wheel,
Grandizer, Merry Go Round, Racing Cars, Balloons etc.,
These projects are functioning under the same umbrella of Al Mojel Group;
a subsidiary Project Of Al Mojel Projects Co.,Ltd. which has grown in to
a conglomerate.
KIDZONE projects are scattered in eight
different locations in Riyadh, catering their service to the children; in
the most efficacious and impeccable way possible.
Out of these 8 projects at various destinations, 3 projects are being
conducted in 3 key shopping centers; under the roof. The other 5 projects
are having their successful operations in selected open areas viz., parks
and gardens.
All the projects of KIDZONE are pivoted
on, to give the maximum entertainment to the children of a special age
group Providing them with various games, which will help them to gain
physical as well as intellectual benefits. Out of the 8 projects in the
different locations, two centers are even provided with the facilities of
the boufia. There are plans to avail of the same facility in all key
centers to complement these projects Infra structure
Features
The gate and the entrance of all the projects of KIDZONE
resemble each other and they look unique. The fence which is made
the front portion of each venue also appear similar. This salient feature
gives a uniformity of the organizational structure and it will create a
deeper impression in the minds of the customers as well as the general
public.
In the organizational structure, there are carefully drawn out plans to
convert the type of contract of these projects to franchise; granting the
company's authorization to an individual or group to sell its goods and
services. But the contract and the mode of agreement differs in various
location where the KIDZONE projects are
implemented.
This term of business activity shall be applied or implemented in future,
in case of needs.
Openings in 1998
§ During the course of the year 1998, 3 new outlets of KIDZONE had been established. § The new
outlets of KIDZONE had been limited, due
to the oncoming AL HAMRA PROJECT. § Plans are going on and will be
crystallized for the implementation of a few more new KIDZONE branches at the suitable key centers,
in the year 1999.
Budget
The budget and balance sheet of these projects approved by the auditors
are attached with this document.
Sales & Marketing
On the festival eve of AL AKARIAH shopping complex, KIDZONE ran temporarily as a sort of
(indirect) advertisement for the whole projects.
The same KIDZONE program would be
arranged occasionally at the palaces of the princes and Riyadh exhibition
hall, Dheera, etc..
These sorts of activities would provide to the support of the whole
projects and will create a general awareness of such a venture in the
kingdom.
KIDZONE visitors would be provided with
coupons on special occasions which will enable them to obtain a free
entrance for the Tent Parks another successful venture of the Al Mojel
Group.
